Whether you feel low in mood, anxious or approaching burnout we take mental health very seriously. We offer 1 hour appt to give you ample time to discuss your concerns. We offer physical assessment, ECG and recommend add-on blood works. Where necessary we have access to experienced psychologist and psychiatrist to help you.
Tired all the time
Are you exhausted and unsure why? affecting your work/life performance? Let us explore and get to the bottom of it.
Minor illness
Coughs, Cold and the Sniffles. Need reassurance that it will get better? All our minor illnesses are offered Covid/Flu swabs. We use evidence-based techniques to decide the best course of management for a quicker recovery.
Sleep issues
Are you waking refreshed? Are loved one commenting on how loud you snore? Learn more about your sleep and learn ways to improve this. We may need to consider lifestyle changes and are able to offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – Insomnia.
Gut health
‘nervous bowel’? Worried there could be something else going on? We look for the root cause. You will be offered thorough examination, set of stool analysis and blood work to get to the bottom of your concerns.
Sick notes & Letters
Need your employer to be aware of a recent ill-health? This includes a physical examination, biometrics and exploration of your limitations. This includes a signed letter for your records (We also email a copy). Depending on the circumstances a copy of your GP summary may be necessary.
Medication Review
Taking medications safely is essential to managing your health issues. Our stance is simple – only take what is needed. Poly-pharmacy can be dangerous and is why we always explore natural and lifestyle alternatives before prescribing. If we need to prescribe we make sure you are aware of the risks & side effects.
