  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

7. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are clearly stated at the time of booking or on request.
  • Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payment via major credit/debit cards or approved digital platforms.
  • Invoices for corporate services must be paid within agreed terms.
